This Privacy Policy explains how Nuowei Aisen International (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use this hiring page and apply for work with us. We operate as Hainan Nouwei Aisen International Trade Co., Ltd., under the brand name Nuowei Aisen International.

Information we collect
We collect only what you enter in the hiring form:

When you submit we also record the date and time and an application ID. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect this website.
How we use your information
- to review your application and decide whether to hire you;
- to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your application;
- to verify your identity and avoid duplicate or false applications;
- to keep this website secure and prevent spam and misuse; and
- to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run this page, and only as far as necessary.

Your photo and CNIC
Your photo is saved in a private Google Drive folder, and the file is named with your CNIC number so that we can match it to your application. Your CNIC number and the other details are saved in a private Google Sheet. Only authorised staff can open them. Please enter only your own details.

This page uses only essential storage of its own. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
International transfers
We are based in China and our service providers operate in many countries. Your information may therefore be processed and stored outside the country where you live. By sending your application you understand that it may be transferred in this way.
How long we keep information
We keep applications for as long as needed to handle your application, to keep reasonable business records and to meet legal obligations. When we no longer need the information we delete it or make it anonymous. You can also ask us to delete it earlier.
How we protect information
The form is validated on our server, only image files up to a set size are accepted, and photos and details are kept in private Google Drive and Sheets with access limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your application at any time. Email contact@chengdushuze.com and include your name and CNIC number so we can find your application. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights.
Children
This page is for adult job applicants. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Links to other websites
This page has no links to other websites, except the WhatsApp chat you choose to open. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other services.
